Spiritual accompaniment is a relational process in which a trained spiritual guide listens to and companions someone who desires a deeper relationship with God. It helps one become aware of God's presence in daily life, deepen intimacy with the divine, discern how to make good choices and find greater meaning in life.

Labyrinths, mindfulness, contemplation, SoulCollage® and Ignatian Spirituality all in accompanying people in their Creative journeys of well-being, self-discovery and spiritual growth.
Jim focuses on embodying a spirituality for everyday life. This approach emphasises developing compassion, joy, connection, and courage in exploring the presence and action of God in our lives. It aims to deepen prayer, make sound decisions through discernment, and lead an active life of service to others.
Spiritual direction involves deep listening to the person receiving guidance and exploring what is being said. The listener’s goal is to understand the person and what their heart is communicating deeply.
The core of spirituality lies in the belief that we have the desire, insight, and ability to encounter God in all aspects of life.
In our everyday lives, we often don’t realise how important the small things are. But it’s in these moments that we can find deep meaning and purpose. The Divine presence is present everywhere—in our souls, dreams, guts, minds and hearts. As well as felt in our work, relationships, family, friends, sorrows, joys, the beauty of nature, and the ordinary details of our daily lives to help us feel God in all things.
Our lives are shaped by the choices we make. These choices can bring us closer to the Divine or lead us away.God is present and at work in our lives - in the things we see, the people we interact with, the experiences we have, and the decisions we make.
It is a spirituality that engages the soul, instincts, and emotions, not just the intellect. This approach is both contemplative and active, delving into the heart's deepest emotions.
Embracing a spiritual lifestyle enhances our daily experiences, fostering deeper contemplation, self compassion, informed decision-making, and a sense of fulfilment through serving others. This greatly influences our general state of health, benefiting us both physically and mentally.
